We schedule your free call
We'll reach out using your preferred method (email, phone, or text) to find a time that works. The first conversation is free, lasts about 15 minutes, and has no obligation.
Most families are scheduled within two business days.

Meet your Registered Nurse
Join by phone or secure video — whichever feels comfortable. Bring your questions, your paperwork, and anyone in the family who should be part of the conversation.
Sessions are unhurried and written for the people living them.

Leave with a written plan
After your consultation you receive a plain-language summary: what matters now, what to watch for, which questions to ask, and how to reach us as things change.
Emailed to you so you can share it with family and providers.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?: No. You can request a consultation directly. We're here to help you understand and navigate your care — not to replace your medical team.
What do I need for the call?: A phone or a device with a camera, and anything you'd like to discuss — medication bottles, discharge papers, or just your questions. Nothing is required in advance.
Is my information private?: Yes. Your information is kept confidential and used only to support the conversation you've asked for. It is never sold or shared.
What if I need help again later?: You can request another consultation any time, or choose our ongoing nurse concierge for regular check-ins and a direct point of contact.
